Returns and Exchanges Policy
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation and the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons.
Return conditions
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must not have been mounted, used or damaged
- The item must be in perfect condition, complete with all its accessories
- The return must be made within 14 days of the cancellation notification.
Return procedure
- Contact us by email or via our contact form , indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- Confirmation: We will send you a return confirmation with shipping instructions.
- Shipping the package: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Refund: After receiving and verifying the item, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part. For bulky items, please contact us to arrange return shipping with a carrier.
Defective items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense.
Exchanges
For an exchange (different color, different size), return the item and then place a new order. This ensures a quick and transparent process.
