General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to any order placed on the website meublefactory.com, operated by Meuble Factory (BE0871261126), whose registered office is located in Messancy, Belgium.

Article 2 - Products

The products offered are those described on the website at the time of ordering. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Meuble Factory strives to present products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

Article 3 - Price

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), including Belgian VAT (21%). Delivery charges are not included in the price and are calculated at checkout. Meuble Factory reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 - Order

Order confirmation implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is sent after each order. Meuble Factory reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a payment problem or existing dispute.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, PayPal, and payment in installments via Alma (3 or 4 installments). All transactions are secure.

Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery conditions are detailed on the Delivery page. The indicated delivery times are estimates. A delivery delay cannot give rise to damages or cancellation of the order, except for delays exceeding 30 days after the scheduled date.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI) and European Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal. The conditions are detailed on the Returns & Exchanges page.

Article 8 - Warranty

All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (articles 1649bis to 1649octies of the Belgian Civil Code). In the event of a lack of conformity discovered within 2 years of delivery, the consumer is entitled to repair or replacement of the goods, or, if this is impossible, to a price reduction or a refund.

Article 10 - Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the judicial district of Arlon will have jurisdiction. The consumer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
