Our delivery times vary depending on the products and your location. Generally, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery of your order. Items in stock are delivered within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order tracking information.

We deliver to Belgium , France , and Luxembourg . For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us for a personalized quote.

Delivery charges depend on the size of your order and your address. They are calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery is free for orders over a certain amount (indicated on the product page).

Yes, in accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unassembled and in perfect condition. See our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.

We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, PayPal, and payment in installments via Alma (3 or 4 installments with no fees). All payments are secure.

Most of our furniture is delivered flat-packed with detailed assembly instructions. Assembly is generally easy for two people. Some large items (sofas, BoxSpring beds) are delivered assembled or partially assembled.

All our furniture comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse or improper assembly.

For wooden furniture: use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive products. For fabric sofas: vacuum regularly and clean stains with a damp cloth. For velvet: brush in the direction of the pile with a soft brush.
